I have had a variety of experiences with customer service. Working at Kidzania taught me a lot of patience, not necessarily from dealing with the kids, but more from their parents. At the Dollar Tree where I worked, I helped open the store, so I had to help set it up. Working at Dollar Tree, since the store is so small, you really do everything. I'd stock shelves and work the register at the same time. A lot of times I'd just be in the back unloading trucks and organizing boxes. I got more cashier experience at Paciugo, where I worked at 3 different stores, often by myself. This job taught me a lot about customer service, since we were always encouraged to engage in small talk with customers while they sampled flavors.
Facilitated engaging simulations for children to roleplay as doctors and firefighters. Supported educational development through interactive learning experiences. Resigned due to scheduling conflicts with school commitments after the summer.
