My professional background started in elementary school. I played National AAA Tier 1 Hockey. I was invited or selected to prospect combines, drafts and was selected to train and play with USA Hockey Development teams for my district. My teams competed against other teams all over the country and world. The advanced level of the competition taught me to excel and not fear rivalry. To play at that top-level, an exclusive contract each year had to be signed, and my parents allowed me to negotiate as they felt that I need to understand what was expected of me and the responsibility of entering into any contract. My hockey career ended at the Junior level and I walked away knowing I needed more as a young adult. I found my new passion in 2020 and earned my real estate license in 2021. At EXP Realty I successfully sold several properties, however decided in 2022 to pivot into commercial real estate. I marketed and cold-called for clients and brought in $100 billion dollars worth of potential real estate deals. At the same time in 2022, I was hired as a project manager and was further given the responsibility of cultivating new client sales. The small construction company sold $400,000.00 gross sales in 2021 but without profit, however excelled with my help to $1,500,000.00 in construction projects with a 40% profit margin the following year. At the start of 2022, I was offered an opportunity with MIG Real Estate and hired as an Asset Manager for their commercial properties. In my short time in commercial real estate, I have found my passion and eagerness to research and cultivate business relationships that fit investors needs while accurately and honestly showing the profits and risks. As I excelled at a young age in my chosen sport, I am bringing that same dedication to my career and am looking for a business culture that aligns with the high standards that I hold myself to.
