• Combiner box de-term and reterm QAQC and verifying , verifying all crews work is in proper installation or un installation and if it isn't correcting it this includes torque measurements and torque marks re installation of plexiglass glass and turning DC switch off and adjusting fuse holders.
• Combiner box de-term and de-term after verifying zero energy open fuse holders and start removing and disconnecting hardware than using protective covers for terminals than verifying all is correct. For reterm after verifying zero emergency start by taking off protective grounds and putting hardware back on than close fuse holder and close up box.
• Large scale Loto - de energizing and verifying zero energy of combiner box than placing lock and filling out required documents a normal night would be 90 combiner boxes a night
• On path field maps experience in inputting data and pictures online into the field maps database this includes filling out required survey for scope of work while geotagging the location and piece of equipment and filling out all required sections and including pictures and any notes or things to add of importance.
• Microsoft excel spreadsheet sheets experience.
• End of warranty inspections (EOW) walking arrays along panels inspecting noting and documenting any natural wear or damage on panels , piles and hardware on them with pictures all documentation uploaded and input in excel spread sheets things documented include: arced panels , blown out or melted j box , any wire damage or wear or any anomalies or deformities of any part of the equipment in array along panels.
• Positive/negative small-large harness replacement's , after loto procedure disconnect and start removing harness connections to driveline and panels from the mc4 connectors than proceed to replace harness by reconnecting in an organized manner insuring the slack is just right and won't be too tight or too loose to prevent any damage or early wear.
• Wire/string pulling de energizing all equipment and disconnecting wires from combiner box than using wire lubricant to pull wires through and replace with updated wires pulling them back through combiner box and reconnecting.
• Panel/module swap loto work area combiner boxes lifting panels placing panels down and securing them in place with hardware and reconnecting and installing of harness and wires.
• Effectively diagnosed and repaired malfunctions within solar panel systems, restoring optimal functionality.
