Summary

I remember my big ambitions as a kid to work, so all the time I would volunteer. Not only to just help but also grow my abilities as a person. From there I had gotten over 400 hours a volunteer service and won the sheriffs award. On the other hand I received numerous other awards from acting, dancing, and job performance. With my skills and abilities, I will be able to both learn and excel in any environment. My end goal is both for me and your company to succeed and grow together.

Work History

Sale Representative

Cutco
  • As a Marketer and Seller at Cutco, I was responsible for promoting and selling a variety of knife sets to potential customers. I scheduled appointments and provided in-depth demonstrations, explaining how each product worked and highlighting its value to encourage purchases. My goal was to build trust with customers by showcasing the quality and benefits of the products in a way that met their needs.

Lead Builder

Midnight Terror Haunted House/ Combat Chicago

As a Lead Builder at both Midnight Terror and Combat Chicago, I was responsible for overseeing and leading multiple teams on various projects. I managed the construction of sets, painted them, handled electrical work, and conducted safety checks to ensure everything was up to standard. I also provided training to other staff members, ensuring projects were completed efficiently and on time. In addition to building and maintenance tasks, I was responsible for the upkeep of the facility, including organizing and cleaning workspaces. I constantly sought new, more efficient ways to keep the building and prop rooms organized while maintaining a safe, functional, and clean environment for both staff and guests.

Makeup Artist

Midnight Terror Haunted House

As a Makeup Artist at Midnight Terror Haunted House, I worked in a fast-paced environment with a team of 8-10 makeup artists supporting over 80 actors. Each artist had a 15-minute window to apply makeup, so efficiency and precision were key. We used various makeup techniques and tools to speed up the process, ensuring high-quality looks within the tight time constraints. After each application, we would switch gloves and clean our stations to maintain hygiene and readiness for the next person. With only three hours to complete all makeup before the show opened, teamwork and time management were essential to meet the high demands of the job.

Actor/roamer

Midnight Terror Haunted House

As a Roamer/ actor at Midnight Terror Haunted House, I was responsible for ensuring that all actors had the resources they needed to perform throughout the show. This included providing water, snacks, and support, as well as helping to train new actors by offering tips and feedback to improve their performances. I also played a key role in managing actor breaks, stepping in to entertain guests in their place. With an average of 800+ guests per night, quick resets and efficiency were crucial to keeping the experience seamless. I adapted to each group's reactions, constantly adjusting my approach to maintain the intensity of the scare while ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for all.

Technician

Quality Air

As a Technician at Quality Air, my day started by loading my work van with the necessary tools and equipment. I would check my schedule and location on my phone, then send a text to the client notifying them of my arrival. Upon arriving at the home, I would assess the condition of the vents and furnace, ask relevant questions to build a profile of the system, and proceed with the work. I carefully removed the vents and unloaded my 200-pound cleaning machine. After setting up, I cleaned the vents, took before-and-after photos, and ensured the system was operating properly. Once the job was completed, I emailed the client their receipt, processed payments, and moved on to the next appointment.

Chipotle

Crew Member

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, I was responsible for managing the front line, taking customer orders, and ensuring that food stations were fully stocked. Whenever supplies ran low, 1 communicated with the kitchen staff to restock

and replace ingredients. I also maintained cleanliness throughout the restaurant, ensuring a tidy environment for both customers and team members.

Para Professional

Grand Prairie Transit

As a Para Professional at Grand Prairie Transit, I provided students with personalized educational, behavioral, and emotional support. I used positive reinforcement to encourage good performance and redirect negative behaviors. I fostered an environment of empathy and cooperation by encouraging students to be understanding and supportive of one another. I regularly met with parents to discuss student needs and collaborate on strategies for additional support. Additionally, I ensured student safety during their travels to and from school, supervising them to guarantee a secure and smooth transit experience.

Game Master/ Receptionist

Combat Chicago

I was responsible for managing multiple activity groups, including escape rooms, laser tag, and axe throwing. My duties included overseeing the upkeep of the building, as well as running the front desk. For escape rooms, I would explain the rules to customers, monitor their progress via security cameras, and assist as needed. After each group completed their experience, I would help them exit, reset the room efficiently, and prepare for the next group. Sometimes, I managed multiple escape rooms simultaneously.

In laser tag, I would oversee groups of about 20 people, explain the game rules, and ensure safety while monitoring the arena for any technical issues. After each session, I would clean and reset the equipment and prepare for the next group. For axe throwing, I would provide safety instructions, assist participants in getting started, and supervise them to ensure proper technique and safety. Afterward, I would reset and begin the next session. Additionally, I ran the front desk, where l handled phone calls, booked and canceled appointments, answered customer questions, checked in participants, and processed transactions. Finally, I maintained cleanliness throughout the facility, ensuring all equipment was regularly updated and properly sanitized.
