• Responsible for all video and analytics projects within every facet of the program. This includes production of personnel edits, gameplan/scouting edits, recruiting edits, and many other individual projects.
• Aided and instructed student athletes during individual and team work on court. Helped to develop two all conference award winners (one first team and one second team).
• Helped in all recruiting efforts that lead to having the highest ranked high school recruiting class in program history, including being the lead recruiter on Adlan Elamin who is ranked as a top 150 recruit in the country on multiple outlets.
• Assisted in helping the offense finish with a top twenty offensive rating in the country with a 119.8 adjusted offensive efficiency rating.
• Helped the program achieve a 26-8 overall record as well as a berth to the NCAA tournament.
• Assisted our head coach in all fundraising operations including being an Integral part to securing over $50,000 in donations to our collective.

• Guards and wings position coach. Oversee the complete development of players and program both on and off the court accomplished through weekly academic meetings, individual workouts, positional breakdown during practice, and film breakdown. Oversaw every and all film projects including video playbook, style of play, and scouts.
• Had been a part of a combined 92-31 record in four seasons here including a top three finish in the Mountain East conference each season while also winning the regular season and tournament title in the 2023-24 season.
• In four years, I have recruited 13 different players, of which 7 have already won all-conference awards including 5 first team all-conference performers, 1 conference player of the year winner, 1 first team all-region winner, one second team all-region winner.
• Since arriving for the 2018-19 season and having a heavy influence in offensive strategy, our program has had tremendous results. Regarding offensive field goal percentage offense, we have had the following finishes in the country in combined D1/D2 national results:

- 18/19 = 2nd at 52.10%

- 19/20 = 7th at 51.30%

- 20/21 = 4th at 52.37%

- 21/22 = 4th at 51.89%

- 22/23 = 9th at 50.49%

- 23/24 = 1st at 51.93%

• 2023-24 Sweet 16 appearance which is the furthest NCAA tournament finish in school history.

• Responsible for all budgetary items for the program. This includes keeping daily, weekly, and quarterly balanced budgetary line items to be presented in meetings with administration.
• Point person for all logistical matters pertaining to the program. This includes all bussing needs, airfare/travel needs meal planning (all team meals), and hotel selections.
• Compile, edit, present, and distribute all sources of film throughout the program. This pertains to every scout throughout the season, filming every practice, creating a video playbook, and many other film projects.
• Compliance liaison responsible for all things regarding meeting the NCAA compliance standards. This includes submitting accurate practice and game times, handling of official/unofficial visits, and much more.
• Served as head academic coordinator and study hall coordinator.
• Aided in the direction of our summer camps and ordering of all our sportswear while serving as the assistant summer camp director and assistant equipment manager for the program.
• Responsible for every day operations including preparation and dismantling of all practice equipment.

• Guards and wings position coach. Oversee the complete development of players and program both on and off the court accomplished through weekly academic meetings, individual workouts, positional breakdown during practice, and film breakdown.
• Lead recruiting efforts to land multiple (3) all conference award winners to our team as well as a sophomore (25mpg) and a freshman (17mpg) on a team that was ranked second in the NCAA tournament in both 2020 and 2021.
• Responsible for recruiting 8 players to the program from states such as Ohio, West Virginia, Louisiana, and Florida.
• Instrumental part of leading our program to finishing the year at 2nd overall in the country in offensive field goal percentage and having our first 20-win regular season since the 2013-14 season and second 20-win season in the last 17 years of school history. Developed Drew Rackley (1st Team All-Conference), Lamont Mcmanus (1st Team All-Conference), and Devon Robinson (1st Team All-Conference) to individual regular season awards.
• Responsible for half of our team’s scouts. Point person on conducting game strategy, in game adjustments, and practice preparation leading up to gameday. Download, analyze, organize, and present film to team as well as a supplementary paper copy of scout for our upcoming opponents.
• Assist Head Coach Dwaine Osborne in fundraising efforts. Plan, organize, and carry out annual tip off banquet as well as maintain fundraising efforts throughout the year.
• Run our program’s social media account, organize food orders for pre-game/post-game meals and road trips. Book lodging and travel for road trips and start a student manager program. Overall quality control coordinator.
• Community service director for our program. Plan, organize, and carryout community service events for our program. This includes public appearances, public fundraisers, participating in communal events and much more.
• Plan, organize, and carry out 6 summer camps each year. Camps can range in size and age group. Organize registration and promotion for each event.
