My most recent job at The Charter Oak under Michelin three starred Chef Kostow was very foundational for all the skills ive worked hard at. it is a restaurant that not only pushed the narrative of local napa cuisine, but also helps cultivate a culture for team members to grow, learn, and create with some of the best guidance and ingredients. ive had a great time working there and am now ready to start the next chapter.
