Alongside that, I was proficient on providing accurate data entry and analysis for daily productivity, and creative solutions for both internal and external collateral and communications.
Working closely with all existing and prospective customer I was in charge of ensuring accurate account consolidation, scheduling, and placement for all students coming into the program for swim education and training.
Keeping track of all daily productivity for concrete distribution as well as consolidation of all jobs sites. Though this, I was also able to add several new types of comprehensive data points to the existing pool of documentation providing more insight to our truck and concrete distribution levels as well as profit margins.
Working with customers via several communication methods including phone, email and later on with the inclusion of a new app, chat based systems. Being in charge of job site management and ensuring accurate dispatching and truck scheduling though setting up new deliveries to making Schuyler changes based on customer and clientele needs.
