- Create and maintain training event records management systems

- Provide high quality instruction to students of all skill levels and educational backgrounds.

- Act as Training Center Instructor (TCI) in Cirrus aircraft both owned by Lake Elmo Aero and private owners.

- Ensure safety of flight and instill a 'safety first' mindset in all students.
