Maxx Peters

It was a pleasure to officiate sports for young children; there was learning, fun, and special moments. I loved witnessing their faces light up with genuine delight as they took the court or field. Through the beautiful chaos of kid's sports, I learned to manage with patience, understanding, and adaptation. In addition to following the rules, I took on the role of mentor and ingrained resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship in my students. Seeing how these lessons benefitted young athletes and knowing that I had influenced their career both on and off the field was incredibly fulfilling.
