• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to plan and execute surgical procedures effectively.
• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and properly sterilized.

Prepare operating room for surgery, meet with patients and discuss their plan of care, explain what they can expect during the procedure, check the patient chart and health history, coordinate team care ensuring all drug counts and safety measures are in place, assist with anesthesia and various patient equipment, monitor procedure, document and chart patient care, deliver patient safely to PACU for recovery.
