During this rotation I learned how much I enjoy communicating and socializing with people of all ages and helping out where I could.

During this rotation I learned how to speak up and gained confidence in saying if a sterile border was crossed or safety measures weren't followed and saying no to people trying to give me tasks that were outside my scope of practice.

During this rotation I was faced with the challenge of being on night shifts and I learned that my mental health is a lot stronger than it previously was. I was also able to increase confidence and practice skills such as foley catheters and a code blue at this facility.
