  • I began within the advanced medicine and public health internship as a student intern, successfully diagnosing a patient from Bauchi State, Nigeria with typhoid fever as well as working with a diligent team of students to present a workshop proposal that promoted ways to prevent typhoid fever in local villages within Bauchi State, Nigeria.
  • Being promoted as a student leader, I brought in a team of students to fundraise over 2,000 dollars for a nutritional anemia prevention project for families in Bauchi State, Nigeria. Multiple workshops were proposed and present to a board of medical staff and approved in an attempt to promote better living and health within Bauchi State, Nigeria's local communities.
