
I have been an attentive store manager with two+ years of experience, guiding top quality associates and learning from them and myself as well. I have always been highly motivated and determined, it shows through my efforts. I was thrilled to become a manager at both of these company's, their core values being the customers, quality and cleanliness. I knew that this is somewhere I wanted to develop my skills further and grow as a associate, and my personal growth as well. I really learned so much throughout, my leading example being in customer service for a long time has allowed and encouraged me to develop my people and social skills. Both of these jobs have also taught me how to multi task while running a store; while stressing values being quality, cleanliness, and customers. At the end of the day Starbucks and Kneaders have taught me when I love something I am very determined and passionate to put my best efforts as well as being consistent throughout.
