Ability to maintain adequate store supplies, conduct regular store meetings, supervise cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank. Utilization of labor management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize productivity, profitability and margins and ensuring the employees also provide the same level of excellent customer service as set by my example and education standards.
