● Route and capture all Group leads to the corresponding Regional Sales Manager,
Group Sales Director or Group Desk to ensure that customer requests are responded
to within the service level timeline for each incoming opportunity.
● Manage all incoming phone, email and electronic leads into the Group sales
Management solution via all leads sources such as Cvent, Delphi Meeting Broker, Helmsbriscoe,
Website, email, call center and more.
● Accurately track all the leads and distribution, including data input and report
generation, as required.
● Monitor lead volume of each Sales Manager, Group Sales Director or Group Desk and
re-route leads or provide support as needed.
● Handle team members and internal stakeholder requests in a professional manner.
● Main administrator of Sales and Events Management Solution - Manage all aspects of
our new sales and events solution. Set the rules and guidelines to ensure optimization
of the system.
● Main administrator of our CRM/Sales Force - Help create campaigns and measure
activities and performance of the Sales team.
● Assist Groups Sales Director to perform other administrative responsibilities as needed
(e. g. Maintain team updated with new developments and company updates, assist in
setting policies and guidelines, generate reports, tracking team sales activities, assist
with marketing plans, assist market sales directors, managers manager as necessary,
etc.).
● Attend trade shows or clients meetings if necessary
● Flexibility to travel to attend partner events, site inspections or meetings in destination.
