  • Account receivable:
  • Preparing and sending invoice to the customers related to full containers and loose cargo.
  • Entering CHB Duties Customs fees into the system for each customer, and send them along with main invoice.
  • Receiving payment from clients as form of a check, ACH, wire transfer or any other way of payment, updating the system ensuring the most up to date statement.
  • Accounts payable:
  • Creating payables and process the payments (via check, credit card, Paycargo or any other platform) to vendors, steamship lines, co-loaders, etc.
  • Entering all the company expenses such as electricity, water and any other general cost into the system , allowing the general manger to have all the information updated.
  • Weekly reports:
  • Extracting reports from the system in order to analyze the account status of each customer week by week.
  • Freight cashier:
  • Receive and check the documentation from drivers coming to pick up cargo from our Warehouse, in order to process and release the freight.
  • Sending payment to the steamship lines in order to get release of containers ( via FEDEX or electronic way )
  • Trucking invoices:
  • Receive and enter all the trucking Invoices from local trucking companies in Miami and check all the charges were billed to the customer, and let the payment ready to settle.
  • Warehouse inventory:
  • Enter in the system all the shipping and receiving orders from the clients up to date so we can have inventory correctly updated.
