An enthusiastic student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Gwinnett College, dedicated to fostering compassionate patient care and effective collaboration within interdisciplinary healthcare teams. • I am passionate about playing piano, caring for my pets, and hanging out with my family.
• I have daily leadership experience as a mentor and role model for my sisters as they navigate school, various challenges, and decisions. While being a sister doesn't directly mirror the complexities of professional leadership, the skills, and qualities you cultivate within sibling relationships can certainly contribute positively.
• Growing up in a multicultural environment has nurtured my appreciation for diverse perspectives. Fluency in English and Spanish has strengthened my language skills and equipped me to connect authentically with individuals from various backgrounds. Because of this, I enjoy talking with so many people, and this has led me to strengthen my empathy and communication skills.
• I strive to be a better person every day. To achieve personal growth and self-improvement, I consistently set goals and take proactive steps to develop my skills, knowledge, and character.

• Technical Proficiency – the ITEC classes taught me how to use Microsoft and PowerPoint; chemistry classes taught me how to use a pipette.
• Cultural Sensitivity – the Human Geography course taught me cultural geography, migration and mobility, and social factors (gender and race) that influence social interactions and patterns.
• Teamwork – multiple courses allowed me to do assignments alongside my colleagues.
• Learned how to complete a full head-to-toe assessment of patients.
• Learned and was validated to do medication administration, NG tubes, and vital signs.
• Learned how to reposition patients and how to help ambulate patients

Volunteer, Furkids Thrift Store, 07/2023- 08/2023

• Assisted with customer inquiries, helping them locate items and providing information about the store's mission
• Sorted, priced, and displayed donated items to ensure a visually appealing and organized store layout. The more I priced and organized the things, the more sales would occur
• Played a key role in enhancing the store's image by creating eye-catching displays and organizing the items for purchase, leading to increased sales
