As a Lead member on the Eikon team was instrumental in carrying out the following tasks

• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks using Typescript to increase testing efficiency and coverage
• Performance testing project activities including NFR (Non-Functional requirement) gathering, design, implementation, Test Plans, execution, analysis, maintenance, support and documentation for Client-Side performance testing.
• Led the Postman effort for testing web services and CI/CD on jenkins.
• Initiated and expanded Power BI reports to identify trends in improvement/degradation. Also used Jupyter Notebook for reporting purposes.
• Experienced with Python for QA Automation tasks.
• Providing recommendations for performance improvements and identify bottlenecks of applications.
• Benchmark and measure performance (response time, memory, cpu) of the application during the development life cycle. Key member in providing signoffs for new releases.
• Monitored and reviewed customer feedback and complaints, identifying and addressing root cause of issues resulting in increase of customer retention rates.
• Trained and mentored other global/offshore to follow best performance testing practices.

• Functional Testing was done using automated scripts using QTP which were data driven, reusable and scalable which significantly reduced the time to test.

• Primary contact for RFT automated script delivery and maintenance.
• Report generation for test results.
• Worked towards reducing manual testing time.
