Summary
My aspiration to work in healthcare stemmed from my compassion to improve and understand the human body. Working in healthcare entails applying clinical knowledge to greatly affect the lives of others. Attending to a patients' emotional needs, while skillfully attending to their medical needs is an inherent part of medicine. I feel that my experience as a nursing assistant, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, and science background have helped me grow into a mentor to new employees and students. It would be a privilege to earn the opportunity to continue to educate the future generation of nurses by serving as their instructor.
