As the utility 3 for the water department I am foreman for the water construction crew. I have been in this position for almost a year before that I was a utility 2. I am in charge of scheduling work/ projects and making sure they are done safe and to the standards of the city. I also keep track of all parts used on water side of inventory thru the computer program cartegraph. As the construction crew we install all new water services. We do all the taps on our water system. Install fire hydrants, valves. Install/ repair thousands of feet of water main. Have experience in leak detection and fixing of water mains/ and services leaks. Install and repair plumbing in booster stations and wells.

Help out at water treatment plant with replacing all the membrane cassettes over last three years. Helped with the city’s ASR program by pluming 5 wells to recharge our aquifers. Deal with customers trouble shooting high usage and possible water leaks. Draw up traffic control plans. Used different types of shoring. Trench/manhole boxes, speed shoring.

Maintenance foreman / Construction Crewman. Performed maintenance route work which includes lawn care, seasonal pruning, weed control, debris clean up, irrigation system repair work. Also did landscape construction which includes installing irrigation systems, planting trees and plants, laying sod, paver patios and retaining walls.

Delivered coca-cola products in a safe and timely manner while keeping a great customer service relationship with accounts.

Drove bulk truck and side bay trucks with class A cdl. Filled out drivers log daily. Rotated product at accounts proper so it did not go out dated. Check in at accounts with handheld. Helped build orders at warehouse for delivery. Stock service vending machines. Drive in all weather conditions.
