Assist Manufacturing engineering in creating work instructions.

Monitor efficiencies of personnel and departments.(Grind, Paint, Assembly, WPLS, Hydraulic, Valve, and Electronics room.)

Maintain inventory of consumables used in packaging.

Supervise daily timesheet and correct mistakes in Shopfloor manager.

Manage tools for all assembly, paint and grind departments.

Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.

Make sure all hazardous waste is properly labeled and disposed of.

Coordinate what needs to be painted for both shifts.

Delegate what jobs need to be set up to leadmen.

Ensuring customer service parts are done in a timely manner

All responsibilities of setup/leadman also.

Gather all components to complete assemblies.

Train other employees on jobs as needed.

Prepare build and testing fixtures for jobs.

Check quality of completed products.

All responsibilities of floaters also.

Produce simple and complex assemblies by assembling parts.

Assists the painter by performing any jobs as needed.

Prepare product components for washing and painting by hand grinding, filing, scrapping and sanding to remove sharp edges, burrs, weld spatter.
