Dynamic General Manager with proven leadership at Papa John's. Started off as an insider at 16 years old and worked my way up throughout the years. I've worked at stores that make 15,000 a week and stores that make up to 40,000 a week. Goals were consistently met regardless of store volume. I take pride in the work that I do and am consistently creating more goals for myself and my employees. I believe everyone should always be improving. My best a year ago is a lot different than my best now. Looking for something that has room for me to grow and move up. I have and can work up to 60 hours a week. I am respectful to those around me, whether my employees or my boss and I take ownership of my mistakes and things that I can improve on. I care about the people I work with and work for.   • Managed inventory and truck ordering to ensure no waste or overuse. Implemented rules and portioning to produce consistent quality food.

  • Encouraging and congratulating employees who are performing well. Or having detailed or difficult conversations with employees to remind them of our standards and what needs to be done to achieve them.
  • Ensuring all service goals are being met. Labor, food cost, make time, overall satisfaction, etc.
