McKenna Delany

At Arrowhead Bible Camp I have held multiple different summer staff positions. First being the Craft shop Coordinator. As Craft shop Coordinator I taught campers in groups and one on one how to complete different crafts and art projects. I also helped coordinate the service team members which is comprised of high school volunteers that clean up after meals and clean camp daily.

The second position I have held is Cabin Counselor. As a Cabin Counselor, I am in charge of 8-10 girls a week varying in age from 6-7 year olds to 17-18 year olds depending on the week. Duties include teaching campers about the Lord, facilitating team building exercises, games, and leading by example through my own faith in Christ.

As an Events Intern I was tasked with the brainstorming, creation, and overview of events ran by Student Involvement, an entity that falls under the umbrella of University staff. The events varied in size from 25 people to approximately 500. There were a range of 2 to 5 events a month during the school year and I worked in a team with two other Events Interns to create and host events.

As a barista I was tasked with taking orders from customers, making coffee drinks, breakfast and lunch food items, and making sure customers feel welcome when in the store.
