• Pre-bussing every table that I have to keep the environment clean for the guests and setting up the table in phenomenal condition before the next guests sit down. Including, but not limited to wiping and filling salt and pepper shakers, making sure any sugar caddies or napkin holders are filled, sweeping underneath, and wiping the table in a punctual manner.

• Keeping a warm smile on my face no matter what! The guests experience always comes first no matter how I may feel in that moment or if I am having a bad day. When you clock in the only concern should be for the guests and how you can make their experience the best it can possibly be.
