I Inspect nonconformance parts, create NCPs to keep track of parts.

- Create deviations & tasks to borrow.

- Assign tasks to reorder parts.

- Communicate with suppliers.

- Track NCP " failures", determine cause of failure.

- Red tag failures and locate them to NCP rack.

- Follow up with NCP on production board.

- Update failures on production board.

- Check with the warehouse to make sure parts that are borrowed are received & taken to the job.

- Mark parts complete on production board when replacement or borrow is received & is given to the job.

- Communicate with production/warehouse/ PM managers.

- Fill out shipping request forms with RMA information.

- Send out lost in shop emails and investigate issue.

- Order bolts/washers/nuts/etc.

- Keep bolt bins organized and labeled with CE#.

- Work with leads to get perishable parts: conduit/fittings/lugs/etc.

- I have created an NCP report sheet that gets filled out when a failure is needing to be made or investigated. The sheet gets filled out with the job number & part information.

• Inspected and assessed water & fire damage in residential homes.
• Removed debris from work area after each job was completed.
• Operated high-powered cleaning machines to remove dirt and grime from carpets and upholstery.
• Monitored progress of restoration process by taking moisture readings at regular intervals.
• Place fans and dehumidifiers to dry out water damage jobs.
• Performed demolition of affected materials, such as drywall, flooring, and insulation.
• Take out tile or laminate flooring that is affected and can't be saved.
• Load & unload water trucks with equipment.
• Give a time line on how long job should take to be dry or smoke free.
• Clean walls, floors, ceiling & appliances with chemicals after fire damage has occurred.
• Sanitized surfaces with antimicrobial solutions to prevent further contamination.

• Inventory control, shipping and receiving orders to fulfill online orders and support other store needs, emails, conference call with district staff, sales vs forecast reporting, daily banking, nightly paperwork reporting, receiving truck orders, and invoice reconciliation, manage crew, team building, assist customers, scheduling, weekly advertising, changing weekly point of purchase packages, build displays, daily pricing audits.

• Run shifts, key holder, open the store, close the store, banking, manage crew, nightly inventory, control labor per hour, managed time and employee meals, controlled refunds, daily email, open paperwork and reconcile nightly paperwork, nightly paperwork, daily cleaning tasks.
