Weight lifting, computer building, crafting, baking

I've enjoyed weight lifting for a few years now in order to lead a healthy life style, my favorite form is power lifting as I love the challenge of seeing how much stronger I can get in between sessions. I also really enjoy the benefits of gaining strength in order to more easily assist my patients and loved ones with any heavy lifting.

I've enjoyed building custom computers for both my friends and I for many years, anything technology related I have always found fascinating from a young age.

Working with my hands has always brought me joy, the process of creating something I have always found soothing, my mediums include anywhere from 3-D printing, model building to clay sculpting.

Expect treats from time to time! Baking is a joy for me because I get to share, some of my favorites to bake are pistachio bread, earl grey tea cookies and almond joy cookies. Cooking is also a passion of mine, I enjoy the challenge of trying to make something as protein dense as possible while still being delicious. I make some incredible protein mac & cheese!
