complete injection moulding machine maintenance. Engle, Cincinnati, Arburg, Van Dorn, Demag, Milacron. all support equipment including AEC ,Conair, Temp Tek, thermolaters. Thorsen McCosh loading systems. Pcs Global and card zone controllers. AEC stand alone chillers. Novatec drying systems. Mitsubishi dryer loaders. Milacron robots, Sytrama robots. Conveyors, secondaries from quick builds and various others, plant is over 50 machines in size, 2,500 tons to 150 tons. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance. All work is reported thru Mpulse. and use the Eturns system for part systems.
