I was previously an Associate Consultant in Masin Projects, a consultancy company that provides contract and claim management consultancy to infrastructure and engineering sectors worldwide. I have around 2 years of experience in the Construction and Engineering Industry and have worked on Real Estate Projects and assisted with delay analysis and claim quantification related to the infrastructure projects, real estate projects, nuclear, power and oil and gas projects. I formerly worked in the construction and real estate industry in India, mainly in the domain of project execution, cost management and quantity surveying.

Oil & Gas Pipeline Project – Middle East: Assisted in preparing an expert delay report for an ICC arbitration between a major contracting firm and a reputed subcontractor.

Nuclear Cooling Tower Project – Bangladesh: Supported preparation of an independent quantum report for a potential dispute between two parties during the pre-arbitration stage.

Oil Refinery Project – Europe: Contributed to an independent delay analysis and expert report concerning a dispute between the main contractor and subcontractor under ICC arbitration.

Luxury Residential Project – Sri Lanka: Assisted in developing independent delay and quantum reports and drafting response letters on EOT (Extension of Time) and claim entitlements.
