• Currently, I am involved in the making, development, and production of antimicrobial nanofibers, utilizing advanced electrospinning techniques to engineer high-performance materials for food packaging applications. I am also making various formulations of nanoemulsions for integration into nanofiber matrices, enhancing the antimicrobial efficacy of food packaging.
• We are using cutting-edge nanotechnology principles to achieve stable, effective nanoemulsions for the extended shelf life of perishable goods.
• I conducted comprehensive material testing, including antimicrobial efficacy, biocompatibility, and mechanical properties, to validate the performance of nanofiber-based food packaging. Utilized a variety of analytical techniques, such as SEM, TEM, and microbial culture assays, to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Recorded data and maintained source documentation following good documentation practices
• Gathered, reviewed, and summarized literature from scientific journals such as SciFinder and PubMed and produced graphs and other scientific calculations using MS Excel

• The responsibilities included conducting routine microbial tests on food products and production environments to detect potential pathogens and spoilage organisms. Responsible for implementing food safety plans, including HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMPs systems, to identify and control microbial risks throughout the production process.
• The work involves developing new preservation techniques and improving existing ones to extend shelf life and maintain food quality. Additionally, I collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and address consumer concerns related to foodborne illnesses and product safety.

• My responsibilities encompassed conducting a comprehensive microbial analysis of food samples to ensure food safety standards. I'll employ gamma radiation techniques, determining the minimum doses required to effectively eliminate bacteria without compromising food quality. Additionally, I'll execute detailed heavy metals analysis to identify and quantify trace elements, ensuring products are free from toxic contaminants.
• My role extends to performing health risk assessments and interpreting analytical data to evaluate potential health risks associated with microbial pathogens and heavy metals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I'll develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding public health.
