  • In response to suffocating clerical burden and unacceptable delays in medication refill, implemented a Prescription Refill program, empowering clinical staff to refill medication by joint practice protocol
  • Created Mercy Access Center, a centralized location for scanning, sorting, abstraction, referrals and patient scheduling
