Summary

I have worked in the customer service field since 2003. I have been a registered nurse for ten years and in the medical field for twelve. Having worked in NICU, adult and pediatric ER’s, as well as CVU. Throughout my career I have worked with patients facing very difficult emergencies and diagnosis’s. Seeing patients at their worst and being able to give show them compassion as well as provide the best care possible is my passion. Assessing patients and the situation to ensure they receive fast treatment and the best possible outcome, requires critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask. Providing education to patients and their families to help support a healthy lifestyle for each patient I come into contact with is important to me. Knowledge is power and sharing that knowledge with other’s is a gift we as healthcare providers can give.
