Plan and execute inclusive staff events, trainings, and retreats, lead event design, content development, logistics, and post-event assessments.
Administer vendor contracts in partnership with Strategic Procurement; ensure compliance and proper vetting of agreements.
Oversee HR events budget ($17K) and space planning budget ($15K); monitor expenditures, track payments, and resolve funding issues.
Lead complex space reallocations and office moves; coordinate with facilities, security, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless transitions.
Collaborate with IT on office-wide administrative technology projects.
Provide full administrative support to the Dean of Administration and Finance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, research, and executive communications.
Administer programs supporting equity, diversity, and inclusion, including grant-funded summer programs and research initiatives.
