Train new FOH staff and manage the current staff on the floor.
Train new staff on the bar program, and help provide education on pairing wine, beer, spirits, and amaro with the menu.

Collect and organize server’s checkouts nightly. Log the FOH finances and employee hours for the service and distribute tips.
Remedy situations with unhappy guests by way of complementary items, special requests, and accommodations.

Understood the strengths and capabilities of each server, and adjusted the rotation accordingly.
Ran food and drinks when servers were otherwise occupied.
Bussed, reset tables and helped organize large parties.
As a car-side server, took calls for to-go orders, with the ability to answer any questions about the menu, and hand delivered food to guests.
Responsible for expediting take out food, and communicating directly with the kitchen.
