i work as a volunteer at the detroit zoo. i usually work as a Greeter at the penguin exhibit also assist with special events and programs. I support engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning such as senior day. I communicate with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events by attending trainings and keeping up with emails form the head of the department.

i have worked a a house and pet sitter for the last 2 years now. i have gone to peoples homes to care for their pets while they are away it what ever capacity they need. often it is being a companion for their pet and meeting their basic needs such as food, water, and exercise. i will also care for thir home by cleaning and watering plants.

i worked at advantage living center as a activities aide for five months. There i coordinated, planned, developed and implemented activities designed to enrich lives of assisted living residents such as games like Farkle . I encouraged, supported and assisted residents with activities like bingo or movie day and documented activity attendance and degree of involvement.

From 2016 to 2019 i would volunteer at Gleaners food bank to package frozen foods for people in need. I represented organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services by working a line where we packaged frozen carrots for 2 hours for each day i volunteered.

while i was in school i volunteered as a Teaching assistant at Little Brain Builders.I contributed to a positive work environment with strong interpersonal skills and proactive teamwork attitude by helping the children during snack time and recess.

my high school had a program that i joined that allowed you to have hands on learning for teaching by being a teachers aide for someone in the district. i assisted teachers with supervision and care of group of 10 to 25 children. I supported student physical, mental, and social development using classroom games and activities such as math games and team building exercises. I supported student learning objectives through personalized and small group assistance by working in groups of 3 to 4 on workbook problems.

i worked as a temporary employ at Edible Arrangements before valentines day. there i assisted in the development of creative, visually appealing fruit displays for special events and catering orders by Cutting,dipping, then sorting strawberries.
