• Organization of operation and maintenance of technical assets deployed in construction zones;

• Addressing operational and planned tasks to ensure seamless and technically sound operation of the Company's vehicles;

• Coordination of technical resources on new construction sites, from initial setup to smooth two-shift operation of equipment;

• Collaboration with contractors at all stages of technical maintenance and repair of various types of equipment, starting from negotiating contract terms to the proper registration of primary accounting documents;

• Business correspondence with contractors, including within the electronic document management system;

• Leasing various types of equipment, locating subcontractors at work sites, negotiating lease terms, and relocating equipment with the establishment of contractual relationships;

• Participation in procurement procedures, in compliance with legal regulations, when selecting contractors, including undergoing marketing service checks (price comparisons according to the Commercial Proposal, preparation of competitive sheets, etc.);

• Monitoring additional vehicle equipment (transponders, passes, GLONASS, etc.);

• Inventory of fixed assets and materials with the aim of controlling and accounting for technical assets, spare parts, and consumables, as well as writing off obsolete items.

• Management of dealings with contractors (over 30 contractors) at all stages of technical maintenance and repair of various types of equipment (over 2000 units), ranging from negotiating contract terms to the proper registration of accurately prepared primary accounting documents.

• Business correspondence with contractors, including within the electronic document management system.

• Leasing various types of equipment, locating subcontractors at work sites, negotiating lease terms, and relocating equipment with the establishment of contractual relationships.

• Participation in procurement procedures, in compliance with legal regulations, when selecting contractors, including undergoing marketing service checks (price comparisons according to the Commercial Proposal, preparation of competitive sheets, etc.).

• Contract negotiation for technical maintenance and equipment leasing.

• Responsibilities as a mechanic for releasing vehicles to the production line (vehicles for top management of the company group).

• Handling accompanying and reporting documentation for releasing vehicles to the production line in accordance with Russian laws.

• Supervision of the driver team of vehicles released to the production line, business trips, financial reporting, issuance, and write-off of materials.

• Monitoring additional vehicle equipment (transponders, passes, GLONASS, etc.)

• Gathering and analyzing information on the entire mechanization personnel (over 2000 individuals), creating and maintaining personnel summaries, providing personnel reports, overseeing personnel needs and recruitment, monitoring planned personnel movements at construction sites, taking into account the human resource requirements for the types of work performed.

• Responsibility for a subaccount exceeding 30 million rubles(materials, spare parts, consumables, company vehicles).

• Development of plans for fuel economy, maintenance, and repairs;
• Contract management related to vehicle operation;
• Budget execution assigned by the department;
• Collaboration with the State Traffic Police, the State Technical Supervision, and the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Supervision; calculation of resources and ways to optimize them;
• Contract negotiation through competitive procedures in electronic form, conducting competitive processes;
• Organization of operation for lifting mechanisms exceeding 1 ton: registration with "Rostekhnadzor," conducting technical inspections, safety inspections, expertise, record-keeping, passport restoration for lifting mechanisms;
• Operation of tachograph systems (repair, maintenance, installation);
• Monitoring satellite tracking systems for transportation (repair, maintenance, installation, monitoring);
• Equipment inventory and movement tracking, preparation and documentation of technical and reporting documents;
• Development and implementation of measures to prevent unplanned equipment downtime, extend the service life of components, improve equipment preservation, and enhance reliability in operation;
• Control of additional vehicle equipment (transponders, passes, GLONASS, etc.).

• Oversight and organization of the workshop's activities at the Service Station (STO);

• Planning and analysis of workshop operations with subsequent optimization of business processes (overseeing more than 30 vehicles daily); • Allocation of workstations (8 lifts, 4 washing places);

• Organization of all types of service and warranty repair work production;

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop and meeting repair and maintenance deadlines;

• Supervision of the technical staff's performance (20 employees under supervision).

• Supervision of the vehicle fleet at the construction site of main pipelines; a fleet consisting of over 300 units (passenger cars, buses, passenger and cargo vans);
• Task assignment and control over the work of drivers in the field (600 individuals); development of optimal schedules for drivers, monitoring of work discipline.
• Daily completion of the fleet departure register per column and summaries of vehicle operations;
• Ensuring the technically sound operation of the vehicle fleet; maintaining vehicles in proper condition;
• Monitoring drivers' compliance with the rules of technical operation of vehicles and providing them with necessary technical assistance in the field;
• Organization of timely maintenance of the fleet;
• Control over the provision of fuel and lubricants; monitoring and analysis of vehicle mileage;
• Monitoring the movement of materials and fuel on a monthly basis exceeding 1,000,000 rubles;
• Development and implementation of measures aimed at eliminating downtime, premature return of vehicles from the line due to technical malfunctions.

• Skillful reception of the customer's vehicle for maintenance and repair (customer consultation, work order processing, coordination of repair activities);
• Processing requests for ordering spare parts and accessories needed for vehicle repair;
• Handover of the vehicle to the workshop master with an explanation of the work order;
• Monitoring the progress and timelines of maintenance and repair tasks;
• Quality check of completed work and preparation for vehicle delivery to the customer;
• Handover of the vehicle and settlement;
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments;
• Interaction with the customer throughout the entire service and repair process.

• Organization of the efficient operation of the column; fleet of 300 units, including passenger cars, buses, passenger and cargo vans;
• Planning and allocation of vehicles for deployment;
• Monitoring the technical condition of vehicles, directing them for maintenance (scheduled, minor, and major), and overseeing seasonal maintenance;
• Collaboration with repair and mechanical workshops (RMM), verifying invoices for maintenance and repairs from workshops, coordinating warranty repairs, resolving discrepancies and disputes related to repairs;
• Control of expenses related to fuel and lubricants, and inventory (materials, supplies).

• Monitoring the installation and configuration of vehicle monitoring in the GLONASS system;
• Managing the maintenance of the satellite monitoring system for automotive and road construction vehicles, overseeing over 1000 units of equipment, including specialized vehicles;
• Daily monitoring of the operational status of equipped vehicles; equipment repairs;
• Inventory management of installed equipment, monitoring theft and damage to the company's assets;
• Conducting internal investigations into incidents of theft and damage to company property.
