  • Wrote the employee handbook, the employee training manual, interviewed and hired a team of over 120 employees
  • Wrote all policy procedures (smoking, cell phone, drugs, sexual harassment, ect)
  • Handled all alcohol orders and inventory stock through nine distributing companies
  • Ceated the “Saltwater Sandbar” menu which contained seven pages of personally picked wine, beer and cocktail drinks I personally named and created
  • Uploaded on to i-menu programming and designed restaurant ambiance including glassware, decorations, plateware, seating, and lighting to name a handful
  • Booked live bands and/or DJs for holidays/events/weekend entertainment and was responsible for promoting events and specials/features on our company website page and other networking via social media
  • Trained over 100 employees with my personally written employee training manual
  • Took on the role and duties of full-time restaurant front of house manager as well as bar manager when the restaurant opened for business
