- I helped develop the online curriculum that replaces the in-person training originally planned along with researching content for training sites

- I ran this lucrative business until the events of 9/11 affected the travel industry to such an extent that I changed my career direction and secured my position at Volt Technical Resources

- Within a year I was promoted again - to Office Manager of the school
- This was the most challenging role and included opening of the school in the morning, closing the school at night and everything in between that had to do with the day-to-day operation and management of a non-profit vocational technical school for students with disabilities
- I also started their first support group – Project ReaCH: People with Disabilities Reaching Towards a Positive Approach to Living
