Escalate post-program material requirements that fall outside of client(s) guidelines to Shared Services Managers or Director as well as to client field representatives.
Prioritize workload and stay in communication with Shared Services Director regarding post-program review and follow-up.
Meet all client closeout performance metrics as directed by management.
