Accomplishments

    Supervised and trained 4 management trainees. Used Microsoft excel to track when units were coming due for service. Resolved customer's cards declining owed refunds at Home Depots and other agent locations, by contacting customer's via telephone and offering them a cashier's check to be mailed to their home. Created a supply count tracker on Rental Net so that the company could directly see what supplies needed to be ordered by the corporate team. This tracker allowed the entire district to update the number of furniture pads and handtrucks their agent locations had, organized by location number. Participated in multiple sales blitz's, making dials to gain new business.

Exercising

I started working out when I was 19 years old. At first, it was just something to do to occupy my time. After about 1 year, everything changed. I started dedicating myself to the gym. I was going consistently 4-5 times per week and I really started seeing results. The gym became a place for me to take a breathe and completely clear my mind, it became my space. It became my sanctuary to just focus on myself and nothing else to feel free and to feel positively mentally and physically as well. Currently, I still try to go at least 4 days per week based on schedule demands, but it remains the place for me to focus on my physical and mental health without distractions.
