This is a YouTube business. I took care of the quickbooks and taxes each year. I managed business meetings and brand deals for the client.
I was hired as a seasonal worker and was offered a permanent position with this company. I am a cashier, but I am also very versatile through out the store. I help on Monday's with the truck shipments, I am on the marketing team that meets every Sunday morning before operation hours, I schedule appointments and addition to that, I work with guests and persuade them to take part of our online surveys to keep up with guest satisfaction rates and learn what concerns some may have that we can strive to improve.
Answering phones, confirming appointments, walking guests to the locker rooms, and making sure they had what they needed. I maintained the storefront to be up to standard at all times. I worked my way to becoming a bridal consultant, where I coordinated large bridal parties for services.
Once I obtained my position as a shift manager, I was responsible for the operations including being a key holder, opening and closing the store, counting the cash drawers, inventory, caterings, hosting events and fundraisers, and giving tasks to the fellow crew members. I also would schedule meetings to ensure all the staff was updated with any new rules or regulations.
I worked as a cashier as well as working in Guest Services. On occasion, I would take over job tasks in different departments and help my team complete them in a timely manner.
