
I strive to be a teacher who makes an impact on students lives. I believe in building relationships with students and getting to know their backgrounds in order to create a positive learning environment. I feel as though my classroom should be majority student led in order for students to get the best of their time in my classroom and to give them the motivation they need to be successful. I will use evidence base techniques to drive my teaching and make sure that I am giving students the best learning experience.
