Top priorities as Manager at Arthurs include customer service, scheduling, and inventory. I enjoy working in a team environment, training new hires, as well as looking to improve the speed and accuracy of our employees in each position.

As Finance Manager my responsibilities included customer service and communication both in person and by phone to assist our customers in the purchase of vehicles. I would act as the middle man between the customers and the banks, collecting loan application information and completing the paperwork to secure said loan. While working with salesmen to meet our business goals.

As an Insurance Producer my main focus was customer service, retaining our current customers and gaining new, while learning more about them and providing additional lines of insurance to fit their needs.
