  • Managed/Owned multiple reports each month. For Example: 1. Scorecard analysis 2. BKFS Performance and Targets 3. Firm Discrepancies end of month 4. Case Disputes and Monies owed.
  • Established team priorities, maintained schedules and monitored performance.
  • Managed/Owned our Legal Vendor Alert that goes out to firms every week. This is a newsletter containing all new directives, alerts, requests and surveys sent out to all firms within the Attorney Network each week.
  • Managed the life cycle of company documents, contracts, agreements, etc. Including the year end responsibilities of maintaining and ensuring that all required contractual agreements are met and/or completed annually by the Attorney Firms. Also includes all FHLMC and FNMA documentation and approvals.
  • Managed/Owned Attorney Network’s monthly Upper Management PowerPoint presentation. There were 4 Attorney Network Coordinators + myself and the Manager of the department. It was my duty to gather all of the end of month key information for all active firms within each state and their respective data, compile and draft the presentation for all members.
