- RN to obtain personal information regarding patient’s allergies, medication list, and medical/surgical history, as well as any pertinent information regarding the wound/burn.
- RN to re-dress the wound/burn according to the physician’s detailed orders. This included a variety of medications/creams specific to patient’s healing process, as well as applying wound vacs.
