Schedules patient appointments and surgeries.

Receives and prepares patients for the physician visit, including taking medical history & vital signs.

Performs pulmonary function tests & FENO testing.

Administers and monitors allergy & venom injections.

Administers biologic medication injections such as Xolair, Tezspire, Fasenra, & Nucala.

Charts and documents in the EMR per protocol.

Answers and triages multi-line departmental phone calls.

Schedules appointments.

Receives and prepares patients for the physician visit, including taking medical history, checking and recording visual acuity, intraocular eye pressures, and vital signs.

Charts and documents in the medical record per protocol.

Performs technical testing to include, but not be limited to, Optical Cherence Technology (OCT), Ultra-widefield Retinal Imaging (OPTOS), Tonometry, Visual Fields, and Fluorescein Angiography. 

Answers multi-line departmental telephones and triages calls.

Prepares and sets up rooms for minor procedures and assists the physician as needed.

Follows sterile technique and cleans and disinfects exam rooms and instruments per Billings Clinic guidelines. 

Schedules appointments and procedures.

Worked in Nursing Resources providing all aspects of care. Duties included but are not limited to; vital signs, ambulating patients, bathing patients, feeding patients, documenting I's & O's, monitoring patients in 1:1 situations, and charting various other tasks on the EMR.
