Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

Overview:
Responsible for managing all inbound customer communications, including quoting, booking, and scheduling maid services. Provides real-time support to cleaning technicians in the field and ensures customer satisfaction through professional handling of inquiries, complaints, and service changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and messages to provide quotes and schedule cleaning appointments
• Manage booking calendar to ensure efficient route planning and technician assignment
• Handle customer complaints and service adjustments with empathy and professionalism
• Process cancellations and reschedules promptly to minimize scheduling disruptions
• Communicate with cleaning technicians throughout the day to provide support, resolve issues, and relay client updates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and service details in the company’s CRM or scheduling software
• Support the operations manager with administrative and dispatching tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination (preferred in cleaning or home service industry)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with scheduling or CRM tools
• Calm, solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution
