Responsibilities include management of inventory and backroom organization of inbound and outbound merchandise as well as upholding standards for proper clothing and store organization maintenance. Work closely with Merchandising manager to produce displays and overall store balance of all products and correspondence with merchandise distributors, as well as having extensive knowledge of what is in inventory and the nature of the products. Received high remarks on work by all relevant district managers including sales, operations, and merchandise.
Utilized robust social media knowledge of communicational trends and knowledge of algorithm to help bolster posts amongst competitors and to create a stronger social media presence utilizing the brand's popularity amongst fashion models.
Worked Closely with the Social Media Marketing director to develop strategies for brand outreach on Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Worked closely with FacebookAds and google analytics and other social media data analytics to determine course of actions. Responsible for the revamping of the @lifeatskidmore page boosting engagement by 50%. Revamp included changing how the page was used, why it was used or visited, and consolidated the format and aesthetics of the Instagram feed itself. All graphics and coordination of scheduling students were created by me and are currently still used (2021)
Worked Closely with store manager to achieve specific informational and announcement goals regarding the store. Created campaign strategies and graphics to aid with campaigns, heavily utilizing The Adobe Photoshop suite. Graphics are still being used on social media and email notifications currently as if 2021.
Helped promote and managed server to allow for safe and orderly server growth. Helped reiterate server guidelines, manage roles, and important announcements regarding Hypebeast collaborations and deals. Server is currently managed by Hypebeast themselves and boasts around 27 thousand members.
