Learn, adapt, and implement a multitude of policies and procedures.

Provide engraving training and proper calibration district wide.
Provide stores with engraving plaques to showcase the tool's capability to boost sales.

I took over a Design and Service Center in September 2020 with 2 team members and turned it into an 8 team member DSC ranking 8th in December 2021 and finishing 20th overall for trip. My pride was motivating and training one of my most talented apprentices into a B jeweler in little over 6 months. A close second is obtaining 99% First Time Right in the summer of 2021.
