Maintained all internal business duties including but not limited to: curated weekly payroll checks per employee, weekly state and federal payroll tax reporting and making deposits, created quarterly and annual reports and made sure they were turned in on time, weekly expense reporting to supervisor.

Worked with local sign companies to schedule future jobs and requirements. Invoiced all jobs promptly.

Made sure customers had all required documentation per job: signed work orders, materials purchased and used.

Collected checks from customers and made weekly deposits.

Created employee handbook and made sure each employee was aware of company requirements and guidelines.
