Determine the eligibility of employees to participate in state retirement programs and ensure employees receive needed enrollment information. Responsible for ensuring all employees have a retirement profile in Qmlative Skyward, process monthly data transmittal and upload to DRS (Department of Retirement Systems) database. Respond to requests from DRS and employees regarding service credits, compensation and hours history and participation in Deferred compensation Plan. Analyze data in payroll runs and transmittals to ensure any errors impacting retirement are corrected. Sign employees up for 403(b) and DCP Plans and ensure monthly deductions are processed correctly. Reconcile monthly payments to DRS and 403(b) vendors and ensure accounts are balanced. Generate reports, provide clerical support to staff by answering questions, verifying data and resolving problems related to retirement programs.
